Tuesday Mornings, October 4th thru November 8th – 9:30am-12:30pm
Lee will be covering the importance of all basics of painting. She will teach basics of: Composition | Values | Understanding Color theory and Color Mixing | Brushwork | Edges | How to work from Photographs as well as Developing Your Own “Style” of Painting. Lee will teach through lectures and demonstration. Limited Seating!
MATERIALS: Bring your own supplies for whatever medium you work in. All mediums, oil, watercolor, acrylic, etc. are welcome.
BIO
Born in Maine, Lee Rommel migrated to Santa Fe via New York and Puerto Rico. She has been teaching all media of painting in Santa Fe for 42 years. Lee Travels extensively and always journals along the way rendering small watercolors with dates and descriptions of what she is depicting.The journals become memory “jewels” for future reviewing.
